The forest department of Kaziranga National Park does not provide the facility of Jeep safari. Visitors can hire the vehicle at Kohora Chowk or arrange through their hotel. Strict times are fixed for the jeep safari by the forest Department in Kaziranga Sanctuary. People can enjoy elephant safari from early morning and continue for two hours, spotting numerous wildlife in their natural habitat. Elephant safari covers Hole path, Baguri, Arimarah, Kohora Central path and Mihimukh.

By Air: The nearest airport from the Kazinranga India is at Guwathati, situated at a distance of 217 kms from the park.
By Rail: The closest railhead is at Furkating, located at a distance of 75 km from Kaziranga National Park.
By Road: National highway no. 37 connects Kaziranga National Park with other parts of the country. Regular private and ASTC buses ply from Guwahati, Tezpur and Upper Assam.
