Marine Drive – Chowpatty Beach – The Chowpatty beach of Mumbai is definitely the heart line of the city. Tourists in large number flock to this place for fun and frolic. The beach is also associated with several incidences of freedom movement. At the time of Ganesha Chaturthi festival, the idols of Ganesha are immersed in water of Chowpatty beach. Madh Island Beach - The Madh Island Beach is a certain tourist delight. It is located in the northwestern region of Maharashtra. It is great spot for the picnic lovers. Baseein Beach – In the beginning of the seventeenth century Baseein used to be place for ship-building. Baseein is located about 77 km away from the city of Mumbai. The place was also a site for the Portuguese defeat under the hands of the Marathas. The backdrop of the Baseein Beach is as beautiful and unmatched as the beaches of Goa.

Harnai Beach – This beach site of Maharashtra is very secluded. The Harnai Beach is located at about 200 km from Mumbai. This beach gradually has become very famous and is visited by umpteen tourists all through the year.

Kihim and Mandwa Beach – Both the beaches of Kihim and Mandawa are famous for their timeless appeal and charm.
